They are often called upon to talk with personnel to insure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. They are expected to layout and approve changes of forms and reports. Finally, business management analysts interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions and methods, equipment, and personnel used.
Every day, business management analysts are expected to be able to articulate ideas and problems. They need to listen to and understand others in meetings.
