They also test electronics units, using standard test equipment, and analyze results to review performance and decide on need for adjustment. Equally important, electronics engineering technicians have to read blueprints and engineering instructions for assembling electronics units, applying knowledge of electronic theory. Finally, electronics engineering technicians furnish user applications and engineering support and recommendations for new and existing equipment with regard to installation, upgrades and enhancement.
