Finally, sales team managers listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services or personnel.

Every day, sales team managers are expected to be able to articulate ideas and problems. They need to listen to and understand others in meetings.

It is important for sales team managers to direct and supervise employees working on sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or performing specific services, such as pumping gasoline for clients.
