Employment coordinators inform applicants of job openings and details such as duties and responsibilities and promotion opportunities. Equally important, employment coordinators have to inspect employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements, using manual or computerized file searches. They are often called upon to decide on qualified applicants or refer them to employers, in line with organization policy.
