Sample Functional Resume – Disatified With Current Job

John Taylor’s career was going great. Then, after working at his current job for several months, he had to admit that it wasn’t working out. So, he decided to look for a position with a different financial institute.

The functional resume format shows his current position in the Work History section without saying anything more about it. He then spotlighted his best jobs by writing achievement statements under relevant skill headings in the body of his resume.
