Occupation Description

Nonfarm Animal Caretakers groom, bathe, feed, water, exercise, or otherwise take care of pets and other nonfarm animals. They work in settings such as kennels, animal shelters, zoos, circuses, and aquariums. They may keep records of feedings, treatments, and animals received or discharged. They may also clean and repair cages or animal containers.
